An American TikTok star, who primarily posts dance and lip-sync videos in her Addison Rae account. She has garnered over 50 million fans on her TikTok account. At the end of 2019, she joined Charlie D’Amellio, Chase Hudson and other popular TikTok creators in creating the collaborative group The Hype House.

Addison Rae first posted on her Instagram account in October 2014. She attended the Calvary Baptist Academy in Shreveport, Louisiana.


Addison Rae started her career at an early age and gained fame through TikTok. She also signed with WME in January to build his brand with projects like dance, modelling, endorsements, etc.

Addison has more than 2 million subscribers on YouTube. The most popular video on her YouTube channel has received 6.8 million views. The videos are related to her hair and makeup routine.

In the videos, fans have not only pleased her makeup skills but also said that she is looking extremely beautiful even without makeup. She also uploads some behind-the-scenes videos and fashion-related videos on her channel.

Addison Rae do workouts almost every day and it is because of her line of work that requires her to record around 3 to 4 videos while dancing for one to two hours and that also includes retaking the videos.

So one of the exercises that she regularly performs is dance. This helps her to burn a lot more calories as dancing is considered cardio exercise.

When she is not making TikTok videos, Addison goes to the gym for workouts. She did exercises like squat, deadlift, lunges, hip thrust, leg extension, donkey kick, etc. for her lower body.

She also works on her back and arms to tone her physique. Her goal though is not to create muscle tone.

Addison Rae loves to have a breakfast containing fruits like banana, watermelon, tangerine, kiwi, grapes, strawberries, oranges and red apples. Then at lunch she like to eat butter noodles with salads.

She also loves to have her favourite pink smoothie snack from Starbucks. And finally, for dinner, she likes to lighten it with fruits or smoothies.

Rather than trying a restrictive diet, Addison prefers to eat by cheating once in a while. She likes to eat fried chicken, French fries, ice cream and burgers on her cheat meal day.

Addison also drinks a lot of water which helps her body to absorb nutrients and get through her workouts.
