In September 2020, she applied for divorce from offset. They met again the following month. On September 4, 2021, they welcomed their second child, a son.

1. Alternative Lunges.

  • Rest your arms on your hips & extend your left leg forward.
  • Bend the left knee in the position of the lunge until it is parallel to the floor and pause for a few seconds.
  • Bring your left foot back to the standing position and do the same for the right.
  • Set 3 with 10 reps each.

2. High Knee.

  • Relax your muscles and stand with your legs about a foot apart.
  • Lift your right knee up and move it toward your chest. Wait for a few seconds before you relax.
  • Repeat the same alternately with the left knee.
  • Do 4 sets of 12 reps each.

3. Squats.

  • Stand with your feet about a foot away.
  • By resting your knees, bring yourself in a squat until your knees align with your toes.
  • Keeping your weight on your heel, push yourself into the position of standing back at the same speed you went down.
  • Repeat 10 times for three sets.

4. Donkey Kick.

  • Kneel down on a mat and keep your forearms flat on the ground.
  • Raise your right leg as high as you can while keeping it straight. Pause for a few seconds and then slowly bring down.
  • Repeat the same for the left leg.
  • Set 3 with 10 reps each.

5. Hip Thrust.

  • Sit on the floor and rest your shoulders on a bench.
  • Use barbell, oscillate on the shoulders, lift your hips up and try to lift your butt off the floor until the hips are at the same level as the shoulders.
  • Pause for a few seconds, then lower your hips steadily and bring your body to the starting position.
  • Set 3 with 8 repetitions for each set.

Cardi B’s Upper Body Workout

Having a baby, Cardi B focused most on her lower body. However, if you’re looking for more overall balance, you can also try out Cardi B’s upper body workout.

As is evident from Cardi B’s lean and curvy arms, her fitness routine works. Here’s what it includes:

1. Dumbbell Curl.

  • Stand up straight, keeping the feet one foot away.
  • Hold a dumbbell on each hand while holding palms forward.
  • While resting on the elbow, curl the dumbbell to shoulder length without moving the upper arm. Pause for a few seconds, then lower your forearms to the starting position.
  • Do 3 sets of 10 reps each.

2. Shoulder Press.

  • Stand up straight with the legs slightly apart while holding the dumbbell on each hand.
  • Lift the dumbbells to shoulder height and press them outwards until the arms are fully extended. Pause for 2 seconds, then bring your arms to an initial resting position.

3. Push-Ups.

Push-ups required a considerable amount of upper body strength. For beginners, Cardi B recommends starting with inclined push-ups is better then to go on to standard push-ups  for building more strength.

For tilted pushups, hold your body in a tilted position & rest your arms on a bench or chair.

  • Lift yourself up by turning the elbows while keeping the rest of the body stable.
  • 3 sets of 10 reps each.
