1. Cardio.

She starts her workout with a few minutes of cardio. Cardio exercise is one of the essential parts of the routine as the purpose here is to be lean and thin.

Reps: 8 to 12.

Rest time: 30 seconds.

  • Glute Cable Kickback.
  • Side Glute Cable Kickback.
  • Curtsy lunges.
  • Deep Squats.
  • Hip Thrusters.

Bodyweight Exercise.

Training days: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

We will also add some bodyweight exercises to the workout. Activities will focus more on your lower body and core area. It will be a HIIT workout routine, so you will also burn too many calories while doing this workout.

Sets: 2 to 3.

Rep: 25 seconds.

Rest time: 15 seconds.
