Even though she was struggling with her excessive weight, especially during the winter vacations, Gina doesn’t like to follow a lot of strict rules when it comes to diet.
Gina tried many different diets, until she found what works best for her.
She now eats mostly healthy, clean, nutrient-rich foods and balanced food rich in lean protein, fiber, vegetables, healthy fats, omega-3 fatty acids and complex carbs.
Including herself in a bowl of pasta, she also has a diet break day all the time. Her favourite cheat meal is cheese ravioli with Alfredo sauce, while her favourite healthy meal is couscous with chicken and green beans.
Gina drinks a lot of water and eats almost everything in small quantities, but her food mainly includes:
- Whole, Natural Foods.
- Leafy greens.
- Complex Carbs.
- Lean White Meat (Chicken).
- Wheat Pasta.
On the other hand, she avoid:
