We do various activities in gym workouts like leg, core and upper body training. So, we will focus on lower, abdominal and upper exercises. In this way, we can focus mostly on our lower & core area while toning the upper body.

Cardio.

Now we will finish the workout with cardio workouts. It will be an intense and vigorous, high-intensity interval training routine. We will do 10 minutes on the treadmill & 10 minutes on the hydro-rowing machine. In both of them, rest for 1 minute & then sprint five times for 1 minute.
