Paige Workout.

Paige likes workouts such as weight training, circuit training, resistance training, etc. In addition, maybe Paige also does some cardio workouts to change her dance moves. It’s hard to say because nothing is certain. So I’ll tell you a routine that I think can help you get a body like Paige.

We will be working out five days a week, and each day, we will undergo a maximum of two hours of training in the gym. Now, it’s up to you whether you want to incorporate dance into your workout routine like Paige or not.

However, this routine will be enough for you to get a body like Paige. In addition, you can do some activities and keep your body moving on rest days.

1. Cardio.

We will start with some cardio warm-ups that will be only 10-20 minutes. After that, you can do any cardio workout like running on the treadmill, biking etc. We don’t need to stress on it because it’s just a warm-up routine.

2. Weight/Circuit Training.

In weight training we will do a circuit routine. The workout will be a full-body workout. It will be a mix of workouts, making sure you get toned muscles and a well-shaped lower body and a Paige like core.

Paige Vanzant Nude Yoga.

Yoga is a better way to get shape. You can also do yoga, as it is an effective workout that will burn your calories, remove that excess fat, and provide you a well-toned and flexible body shape.

Within an hour you can burn up to 500-700 calories easily, so make sure you look for an hour’s session and do this workout at least 4 to 5 days a week. You can also include yoga as well as cardio and get alternative days.

Paige Diet Plan.

The same story highlights and in another, you can see that she mainly consumes healthy foods such as oats, fruits, dried fruits, juices, smoothies, and some supplements like matcha powder, pre-workout, protein shake, etc. So I think we can make a diet plan containing these foods and help you to get a body like Paige.

The Paige diet includes:

Breakfast.

Oatmeal with almond milk and oatmeal with nut toppings.

Mid-morning.

Smoothie.

Lunch.

Chicken Breast.

Vegetables

Rice.

Snack.

Protein shake after workout.

Dinner.

Salmon salad.

That’s all for the Paige Vanzant diet plan.
