Paige Vanzant is an American mixed martial artist who previously fought at Invicta FC and is currently a flyweight division fighter at the Ultimate Fighting Championship. She has been fighting professionally since winning her first amateur battle at the age of 18. At the age of 19, she was signed by the Ultimate Fighting Championships (UFC) and recently fought in the strawweight division for four years before moving to the flyweight division. A grave with a fighting spirit, she overcame bullying during her teens and trained in mixed martial arts, earning a blue belt in the Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

We will be working out five days a week, and each day, we will undergo a maximum of two hours of training in the gym. Now, it’s up to you whether you want to incorporate dance into your workout routine like Paige or not.

We will start with some cardio warm-ups that will be only 10-20 minutes. After that, you can do any cardio workout like running on the treadmill, biking etc. We don’t need to stress on it because it’s just a warm-up routine.
2. Weight/Circuit Training.
In weight training we will do a circuit routine. The workout will be a full-body workout. It will be a mix of workouts, making sure you get toned muscles and a well-shaped lower body and a Paige like core.

Rest time : 80 to 120 seconds.

Within an hour you can burn up to 500-700 calories easily, so make sure you look for an hour’s session and do this workout at least 4 to 5 days a week. You can also include yoga as well as cardio and get alternative days.
