  • 200 m sprint.

  • 30-second battle rope.
  • Jump the rope 30 seconds.

Such type of workout is also a better way to get in shape. You can also do such kind of exercise, as it is an effective workout that will burn your calories effectively, remove excess fat, and provide you a well toned & flexible body shape.
