Snack.

Just like her food, Amouranth  likes to keep her snacking clean. When she’s on a trip, she loves the taste of cherry pie, Lara Bars. But if she has time to prepare breakfast by herself, she often sticks with vegetables and nuts.

She also likes to make protein smoothies. Add protein powder, spirulina and greens powder to almond milk to make Amouranth favorite smoothie. Mix them all well and add some blueberries from the top. This smoothie is rich in nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants.

Dinner.

Amouranth  dinner is also usually quite simple. She tries to eat homemade food every day and she cooks herself.

Most dinners have a side of lean protein and roasted vegetables such as chicken or fish. But when her husband cooks, she is very happy to eat grilled steak.

When that happens, she makes a side dish. But she’s sure to pack lots of flavors. Her favorite is a side of peas and prosciutto.
