Ximena starts with a slight cardio routine, where she do few minutes of running. This routine is to ensure that Ximena flows her blood into the body and gets ready for a real workout. So you can also do a 15 to 30 minute run or jogging that will warm up your body.
Before and after working out, Ximena always likes to do a good stretch of 10 to 15 minutes with a roller and a mat, and this stretching routine helps Ximena to be flexible and reduce muscle pain and stress. Stretching exercises also help her to reduce her chances of getting injured by working out.
