Additionally, she has written for Today’s Dietitian magazine’s “Ask the Expert” column for eight years. She teaches food service management as an adjunct professor at CUNY Hunter School of Public Urban Health in NYC. She has written eight cookbooks, one of which has even become a Wall Street Journal bestseller.
