After intercourse, I sometimes feel mild cramping in my lower abdomen. It goes away after a few hours. Should I get this checked? What can be the reason?

Occasional mild abdominal discomfort after intercourse can result from uterine contractions, deep penetration, or temporary pelvic muscle tension. It is usually harmless if it resolves quickly.
