For the past month I’ve been getting dull headaches almost every afternoon. I work on a laptop for long hours and usually skip lunch or eat very late. I also noticed my eyes feel tired by evening. A few days ago the headache became strong enough that I needed to rest in a dark room. Could this be related to screen time?

Yes, prolonged screen exposure can contribute to headaches, eye strain, and fatigue. Skipping meals and dehydration may make symptoms worse.
Try the following:
- Follow the 20-20-20 rule (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds)
- Maintain proper posture and screen brightness
- Stay hydrated
- Don’t skip meals
- Get your eyesight checked if symptoms continue
Frequent severe headaches, nausea, or vision changes should be medically evaluated.
