All consultations are provided virtually via video calls, emails, or other digital means. These services are informational and educational and are not a substitute for medical advice.
3. Health Disclaimer.
Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness, yoga, or nutrition program. By participating in our services, you affirm that you are in good health or have disclosed any medical conditions.
We are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from participation in our programs.
4. Booking and Payment.
- Consultations must be scheduled in advance via our website Book an Appointment.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
- Payment methods accepted will be listed during the booking process.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late Cancellations/No Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session or failure to attend will not be refunded.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be considered in cases of service errors and are at our sole discretion.
- No Refunds: No refunds are issued for completed consultations.

All content provided during your consultation, including custom plans, PDFs, videos, and other materials, are the intellectual property of FreakToFit and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services.
9. Modifications.
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
