At FreakToFit, we strive to provide valuable, personalized guidance through our online fitness, yoga, and nutrition consultations. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking any services.
1. Booking & Payment.
All consultations must be paid in full at the time of booking. This ensures your slot is reserved and your consultant can prepare accordingly.
2. Cancellation Policy.
- You may cancel or reschedule a booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
3. Refund Eligibility.
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered due to a scheduling error or technical issue on our end.
- You were charged in error or made a duplicate payment.
- You experienced a genuine service issue that was reported within 24 hours of the session and verified by our team.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@freaktofit.com and include your name, booking details, and reason for the request.
4. Non-Refundable Situations.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You attended the session but are unsatisfied with subjective outcomes (e.g., didn’t like the advice).
- You missed the session without 24-hour prior notice.
- You change your mind after services have been rendered.
5. Processing Time.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Confirmation of the refund will be sent via email.
