Sometimes I feel pins and needles in my hands randomly. It goes away on its own. Should I ignore it?

Occasional tingling or “pins and needles” in the hands can occur due to temporary nerve compression, such as from sleeping in an awkward position. However, frequent episodes may indicate vitamin B12 deficiency or nerve-related conditions. Paying attention to posture and nutrition can help. If symptoms become regular or persistent, a medical check-up is advisable.
