Why am I getting itchy heat rashes during summer even after bathing twice daily?

The weather has become extremely hot recently and I keep getting small itchy red rashes around my neck, chest, and back. I bathe twice a day and wear loose clothes, but the itching still comes back whenever I sweat. A few days ago it became worse after coming home from outside. What can I do to prevent this?
