Why do my hands and feet feel cold all the time?

For the last few months I’ve noticed that my hands and feet stay unusually cold even when the weather isn’t very cold. Sometimes I also feel low energy and mild dizziness when standing up quickly. I mostly work indoors and my eating habits haven’t been great recently. Could this indicate a health issue?
