Imane Anys is a popular video game streamer and internet celebrity. She first came into prominence when she started streaming video game-related content on Twitch. With over a million followers, she continues to stream her videos on Twitch. She owns three YouTube channels. While she posts vlogs and other entertaining videos on her self-titled channel, she created her own secondary YouTube channel to post autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) videos. She also has a third YouTube channel, which is primarily aimed at her Chinese audience. Pokimane is one of the important members of ‘Offline TV’ a collaborative YouTube channel. She is also famous on other popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. However she is also physically very active and love to stay fit. So today we will tell you about Pokimane Leaked workout routine and diet plan.

Pokimane Leaked Workout Plan.

Pokimane is a relatively active person. We all know this, but when she is not so active, how can she keep her body in shape. Well, playing the game for 4 to 8 hours seems like a fun thing, believe me, it’s not. At least not for an average person, but yes, streamers don’t have much choice; If they want to earn, they need to stream like a job.

Now the question of how Pokimane  keeps herself fit. The first thing she does is workout almost every day. Pokimane has weights, dumbbells and a few other equipment at home. Apart from this, she also shared a video of a day in Gamer Life.

In that video, Pokimane told her fans that she works out three days a week. Normally, there are alternate days like Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but sometimes she goes on random days.

The workouts are made by her trainer Mike, and he keeps changing them. A Fan of Pokimane shared this video where she is doing resistance band and lower leg exercises. So I’m guessing that her training consists mostly of a mix of activities that focus more on the lower and core muscles.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Pokimane  does this, because a lot of celebrity girls prefer to focus only on those two areas.

So we will also do a circuit training routine which will be a mix of weight training, resistance training, some bodyweight exercises. Then end it with a cardio finisher routine. To keep it as close as a Pokimane leaked workout, we’ll only go to the gym four days a week, but the remaining two days we’ll workout at home.

Pokimane Leaked Workout Routine consists the following;

1. Gym Training.

We will be working in gym training on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. This will be a circuit routine. We will focus only on the core and lower body like a home workout; We will pay more attention to our upper body.

2. Cardio.

After doing all those workouts, we will quickly do a 15-minute HIIT workout routine. On Monday, we’ll focus on the treadmill; On Wednesday, we’ll do air biking, and on Friday, my favorite hydro-rowing machine. Make a one-minute switch between sprint and moderate motion, and you’ll get the best exercise.

3. Home Toning Workout.

In the home toning workout, we will train on Tuesday & Friday. A simple weight training HIIT workout will help us get the job done. As we focused on doing;

Set: 3

Reps: 30 seconds

Rest time: 30 seconds

Rest : 60 to 90 seconds

  • Weight Training.
  • Dumbbell Chest Press.
  • Biceps Dumbbell Curl.
  • Dumbbell Triceps Overhead Press.
  • Dumbbell Triceps Kickback.
  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press.
  • Dumbbell Hammer Curl.
  • Dumbbell Deadlifts.
  • Dumbbell chest flies.
  • Resistance Band Push-Ups.

Pokimane Leaked Diet Plan.

In her video, a day in the life of a dreamer she also showed off her food. She only ate twice and skipped lunch, well, you can do that, but I wouldn’t recommend it because she mostly sits in one place and only goes to the gym.

You can be working or a student which will require you to have more calories. So we’ll do a three-meal diet, and you can enjoy Cheat Day once a week, but yes, keep it below 2.5k to 3.5k calories. So let’s now see the Pokimane leaked Diet Plan:
