Kathy Ambush Workout Plan.

As far as exercise is concerned, Kathy  is quite active. She states that “I workout about 4 times a week & have been doing live Instagram workouts on Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Instagram during quarantine”. She also follows other women who teach workouts on Instagram. “Earlier, I was doing F45 and belly dancing a few times a week, which I miss a lot!” she said.

Kathy Ambush Diet Plan.

Kathy believes that age should not determine what a person should be. So after pictures of her sports illustrated photoshoot went viral, many people asked her for advice about diet, workouts and skincare. “I’m not a dietitian,” she said. “I was pre-diabetic & about four years ago I changed the way I ate. Her current diet doesn’t include meat and includes fish only twice a week.

For breakfast, she often enjoys vegetarian protein smoothies with berries and vegetarian sausages. Alternatively, she would cook the eggs with tomatoes and cheese.

She also eats a lot of salads with a variety of cheese and beans for protein. Kathy avoids sugar but she’s “addicted” in Halily’s sugar-free chocolate chips and peanut butter cups.

She also eats bread, pasta, rice and white potatoes only once a week. But she likes sweet potatoes. “I eat a lot of almond flour crackers. I also make ugly almond flour muffins that are sweetened with stevia or sugar substitutes”.
