As it turns out, exercising in the nude may be better for you than you think. While exercising naked when you’re fully dressed won’t help you lose more weight or build more muscle, naked exercise is associated with many important benefits that can help improve your emotional health. Working naked can improve your confidence and promote feelings of self-love and body positivity. Although it may seem strange at first, exercising in a naked state can help you overcome your insecurities (via Gratist). According to a 2017 research review published in the Journal of Happiness Studies, spending more time with your clothes can make you happier and boost your self-esteem. It can also help you accept your body and the bodies of those around you. 

Another research conducted by the Journal of Sex Research found that exercising naked in a group may help normalize other body types that there is only a thing as a “whole” body. It can also help reduce social physical anxiety, defined as feelings of distress associated with perceived evaluations of one’s physical appearance. Also, working out in a naked state can make it easier to get your form right.

Paige Spiranac Nude Workout.

As Paige ‘s followers know that she still looks super well-toned and rocking, it’s because she keeps herself fit among other things and works out regularly. Paige  works out five days a week and usually does cardio to compensate for her dance exercises. Besides, Paige also likes to do weight training, circuit training, resistance training, etc.

She starts with a cardio warmup for about 10-20 minutes after which she does cardio workouts like treadmill, cycling or hydro-ro. Don’t overemphasize it as it is just a warm-up routine, she says.

Weight/Circuit Training.

During weight training, she performs a circuit routine consisting of a series of exercises that are performed one after the other and with little or no rest in between. This set of exercises helps build toned muscles and a well-shaped lower body and paige-like core.

This workout is composed of three circuits with four exercises in each circuit. The rest time after the circuit is about 80-120 seconds. The sets of her circuits are different everyday although some exercises are listed below;

Set 1.

  • Weighted squat.
  • Barbell squat.
  • Leg Raise.

Second Set.

Third Set.

Fourth Set.

  • Shoulder press.
  • Raises lateral.
  • Biceps Curl.
  • Barbell Curls.
  • Triceps Pushdown.
  • Triceps kickback.
  • Plank to Toe Touch.

Once she is done with all the workouts she quickly does a boxing session of 15-30 minutes which includes footwork, jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, body punches, etc. This routine is said to burn your body and fat inside your body. This will increase stamina and give you well-toned arms and shoulders.

If you go by her profile, you can conclude that she mainly consumes healthy foods such as oats, fruits, dry fruits, juices, smoothies, and some supplements such as matka powder, pre-workouts, protein shakes, etc. She also enjoys eating seafood, steak. , chicken, etc.
