How To Make Beef Tendon Soup.

- Cut each tendon into 1 inch wide pieces.
- Place these chopped tendons in a container and strain them and cover them with water until 3/4 of them are submerged in water.
- Place the pot on the oven and let the water boil, and thereafter reduce the heat immediately so that it boil continuously.
- Then, cover the pot and let it boil for 7 hours. The pot being used should have a lid that fits tightly so that the water does not evaporate. Check the pot from time to time and add more water if required.
- After seven hours, the tendon will be ready for use as a soup.
- You can add some broth to the soup to enhance the taste. The leftover broth beef can be stored for further use.
