 Ingredients.

  • 1 lb beef tendon.
  • Water.

How To Make Beef Tendon Soup.

  • At first boil the water in a pot. In this water, bleach the tendon for about 3-4 minutes and then remove the water. Make sure you remove the residue from the pot and wash the tendon.
  • Cut each tendon into 1 inch wide pieces.
  • Place these chopped tendons in a container and strain them and cover them with water until 3/4 of them are submerged in water.
  • Place the pot on the oven and let the water boil, and thereafter reduce the heat immediately so that it boil continuously.
  • Then, cover the pot and let it boil for 7 hours. The pot being used should have a lid that fits tightly so that the water does not evaporate. Check the pot from time to time and add more water if required.
  • After seven hours, the tendon will be ready for use as a soup.
  • You can add some broth to the soup to enhance the taste. The leftover broth beef can be stored for further use.

Side Effects of Beef Tendon.

In fact, there are more disadvantages than it has. But it can only harm you if you consume it in large quantities. So let’s know about the side effects of beef.
