Although garam masala helps us to fight with many diseases, its excessive use also cause some side effects in our body. Such as;

  2. High content of sodium is found in garam masala. Regular consumption can cause high blood pressure problems to the person.
  3. In addition, excessive use of garam masala can also lead to problems like nausea and vomiting.
