  • Then place the fingers on the nostrils with mild pressure and exhale fast.

  • First place your index finger on the line between the nose.
  • Then slowly lift the nose up and down and move the lips in and out.
  • This will help in increasing the muscles inside your nose.
  • Repeat this exercise 20 to 30 times to get effective results.

6. Breathing Exercise Helps To Get A Thinner Nose.

Yoga and workouts make breathing exercises very good. Deep breathing and exhalation give many benefits to your body and one of them is to thin the nose.

  • Sit comfortably first. Then close the right nostril of the nose with the index finger of your right hand and breathe and exhale from the nostril on the left. Keep this state for a few seconds.
  • Then close the left nostril of the nose with the index finger of the left hand then breathe and exhale from the right nose.
  • Similarly, repeat this process ten times on both sides.

7. Nose Wiggling Exercise Make Your Nose Thinner.

This exercise increases the nasal muscles. At the same time, it makes your nose thin and pointed.

  • First keep your face straight and move the nose.
  • Try to do this process many times.

8. Nose Massaging Exercise Gives The Nose A Good Shape.

This exercise has many benefits. Apart from thinning the nose, this exercise relieves headaches.

How To Do It?

  • Massage every area of the nose. Start with the area between the eyes, then hold the end of the nose. Finally, the nostrils.
