Top 10 Benefits of Triphala.

1. Supports Healthy Digestion.

The first thing I experienced was a better digestion after consuming Triphala. The Ayurvedic herbal formula functions through boosting digestive enzyme creation, better assimilation of nutrients and also a regular defecation.(1),(2)

2. Potent Antioxidant.

I also learnt of the immense antioxidants present in Triphala which aid in combating free radicals and oxidative stress in the body. It also may have an anti-inflammatory effect and promote good health.

1. Nausea.

Because of its natural laxative properties, excess use of Triphala or over a longer period of time might lead to diarrhea.

3. Stomach Upset.

  • Then I stir it well, so it will dissolve.
  • Typically, I take it 1x a day, empty stomach.
  • Occasionally I put honey or lemon juice in to make it taste better.
  • I like taking it at night before bed with digestive support, as well as using it to support my cells.
