Listen to this article

Pink sauce has taken over TikTok, and if you haven’t tried it, then you’re truly missing out on something spectacular. It was concocted by TikTok user Chef Pii, whose real name is Veronica Shaw, who is a single mother of two and a private chef based in Miami.

She recently began using the social media platform to share her recipes with people around the world and to make new friends, but it appears as though she’s hit gold with her first video going viral within weeks of posting it.

What Is Pink Sauce?

If you’ve been on TikTok lately, you’ve probably seen videos of people making and eating pink sauce. But what exactly is this stuff? The recipe was originally posted by Chef Pii to her account blessed_mama_piii in April 2018 with the caption My hubby made me a little something for dinner.

According to the post, she initially put it on some shrimp but she was more interested in drinking it than cooking with it. In order to make your own bottle of pink sauce, all you need is a blender, dragon fruit, honey chilli, garlic and sunflower seed oil. Besides, she also added Himalayan sea salt, 2% of lemon juice, citric acid and milk. Blend the ingredients together until smooth then pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Why Did People Go Crazy For It?

Her followers are going crazy for it. Some are even claiming that they are losing weight because of the delicious low calorie drink which has only 40 calories per serving.
