1. Diabetes.

As you know, garam masala is grind along with many other spices. One of which is cumin seeds. Cumin is effective for diabetes.

Garam Masala can also be a better option to fight a dangerous disease like cancer. It detoxify the system enzymes which means the aromatics acts as a natural cancer preventative agent and supports in detoxification of the body.

3. Digestion.

Many problems in our body can be solved by a healthy stomach or smooth digestion. The fiber found in garam masala improves digestion and relieves constipation.

4. Immunity.

Coriander used while grinding garam masala which is rich in zinc. It strengthens the immune system and protects us from various diseases.

Side Effects of Garam Masala.

Although garam masala helps us to fight with many diseases, its excessive use also cause some side effects in our body. Such as;

  1. The effect of garam masala is very hot. Due to which excessive and regular intake of it can cause problems like stomach irritation, piles, constipation, heartburn.
  2. High content of sodium is found in garam masala. Regular consumption can cause high blood pressure problems to the person.
  3. In addition, excessive use of garam masala can also lead to problems like nausea and vomiting.
